... what I simply do is "qstop <queue>". This means o new jobs can be qsub'ed o existing jobs run, finish and are accounted for o no NEW (queued) jobs will be started Works with both maui and pbs_sched. Or did I misunderstand something again ;) Cheers, Ronny
