[torqueusers] How to stop the Queue

Dear All,

If anyone met a such problem:

I submited a job by Torque PBS(torque-1.2.0p6), when the job has finished, the queue still alive. If I want to submit another job,I must use qdel CMD to kill the queue manually. I want to know how to setup the Torque to let the queue stop automatically.

Who can help me to solve the problem ?
