pbs_sched is very fine for normal batch/fifo operation; maui will complicate 
things a bit. A quick grep thru pbs_sched did not show any 
resource-checkings so you might have to switch to maui for this feature.

Consider 1 week worth of testing and tuning - maui sometimes doesn't do what 
you think it will do ;). Also there are new commands for you/your users 
(showq, checkjob) to learn.
