[torqueusers] Connection refused

When a job is finished, it is left in "Exit" state for a long time. When 
it eventually finishes, then I receive a mail stating:

Unable to copy file /usr/spool/PBS/spool/102.oplasli.OU to
+hbjerke at oplaslixx.cern.ch:/home/hbjerke/STDIN.o102
 >>> error from copy
oplaslixx.cern.ch: Connection refused
 >>> end error output
Output retained on that host in: /usr/spool/PBS/undelivered/102.oplasli.OU

I've compiled torque with support for scp (./config --with-scp), and I 
don't use NFS or similar.

Any help would be appreciated.
