[torqueusers] pbs email notifications

Jennifer,

    Is the pbs_server on a private network?  Is postfix/sendmail setup 
on the pbs_server?   Can it see the external mailserver?

Does a simple mail send outside of torque work?

mail -s 'Test Message' aquarijen at gmail.com < /dev/null
