[torqueusers] TORQUE 2.0.0p6 release

Garrick,

  Garrick, I thought we were ready to release TORQUE 2.0.0p6 today or
tomorrow but I just received reports of pbs_mom's exiting on TeraGrid
machines.  They are using TORQUE 2.0.0p5.  They are not getting a core
file.  I have a level 6 log which I am looking at now.  If possible, I
would like to track this down and get the needed patch into 2.0.0p6.  If
we cannot get it by Friday noon, I think we should release without it.

  Thoughts?
