[torqueusers] how to get exit status

It works. I see exit_status = 0 (or not 0) in qstat -f output when a job
goes to the 'C' state.

You'd need to install new libs, clients, and pbs_server, rebuild
perl-PBS, and restart pbs_server.  Don't worry about the MOMs.
