Erm, got any more information please ?

A copy of an example script that fails would be great for a start.

Also 2.0.0p3 is a little behind, are you able to upgrade to the latest release 
to see if it's still happening there ?

Did you build with --enable-syslog and does the MOM syslog anything at that 
point ?
