[torqueusers] server log files show too much info

Running Torque_1.1.0p6 on a few Linux clusters.  One cluster shows quite 
  a bit of logging in the server logs with constant messages of the sort:

PBS_Server;Req;is_stat_get;received status from node node003

I have two systems configured with the same log levels on both the 
server and the moms but this particular server have logs on the order of 
20M/day.

Did I miss something obvious?
