[torqueusers] Online docs missing queue resource "nodes"

I'm fine with using "nodes" only. The TORQUE package for OSCAR currently has "ncpus" and a user mentioned that he has problems getting some jobs to run through MAUI and suggested that we add the default resource for "nodes" for the default queue. I'm fine with whatever is regarded as "best practises" so it sounds like I will stick with "nodes".

We recommend staying away from 'ncpus' due to issues which existed in
the past. To our knowledge, all of these are addressed. However, we
are not aware of distinct benefits associated with the use of this
resource. If possible, use 'resources_default.nodes' only.
If you do need to use it, we will do our best to support you.
