[torqueusers] submit job from MS Windows system?

I have implemented a samba pseudo printer on my cluster to receive job
requests from MS Windows desktops.  Check out the Jan.  2003 edition of Linux
Magazine.  The article was titled "Using Samba Pseudo-Printers".
