[torqueusers] problem with Altix compile

Yea I am thinking something has gone wrong. When we just got our 32cpu
Altix, the tech upgraded the propacks on the other two. I am beginning
to think something went wrong in the upgrade. Thanks again for the help.
I'll let you know what I find out after re-installing these packages.
