[torqueusers] ANNOUNCE: New version of ganglia openpbs/torque monitor

  - Updated pbs_stat.py to handle the new gmetric (3.0.1) interface. All
    options must now be handled by /etc/gmond.conf instead of commandline
    options. If pbs_stat.py is invoked with -o/--old then it supports
    this interface, default is the NEW one!


This will be the LAST release of this branch. In about a week there will 
be a completly new release with many new features. This was an graduate
project, see for an example:

This is the SARA port of the ROCKS pbs monitor. In this distribution
there are two directories:
          client)
            This gathers OPENPBS/TORQUE information and publish this as
            metric to the ganglia gmon daemon.

          web)
            This is web interface to the queue data. Now users can monitor
            their jobs, eg: cpu usage, network traffic ...

For installation read the INSTALL file.
