[torqueusers] node stuck in job-exlusive state

Hi!

 

I have a weird situation here. A node was marked offline for a while, and
then the server was restarted for upgrade from p6 to p7. After the restart
the node shows up as offline and job-exclusive. Now I cleared the offline
flag, but it still has job-exclusive with no jobs running on it. What can I
do besides restating the server?
