[torqueusers] qstat -a cannot see other users' running jobs.

Hi all,

 

Qstat -a       (me as a user)          only see my jobs, cannot see
other users' .

 

If run qstat -a under root user,  all jobs are displayed.

 

Anyone could give me  some slight?
