[torqueusers] MPI checkpointing and Torque/Moab

Hi all,

For one of our projects we need MPI checkpointing.

Does Moab support user-level checkpointing?
Is it a user-level checkpointing?
Which MPI implementation should be used?

I would rather avoid using kernel-level checkpointing e.g. BLCR.
