[torqueusers] $PBS_O_JOBID returns null

Hi there,

I have an apparently functional Torque install. All PBS_ variables
tested return sound values, but $PBS_O_JOBID returns a null/empty value.
The line ($1,$2,etc...) variable used in prologue/epilogue scripts work
fine, including the jobid one. I also get the error/output logs fine,
tagged with the jobid.

Anyone has an ideia about why this is happening before I try to
reconfigure/re-check the whole instalation??
