[torqueusers] Cannot configure torque-2.0.0p8

Thank you! Just one question - if I install this deb file, is the server 
automatically started? How do I create two different packages, one for the 
server and one for the clients? In my case, I even would like to use the 
server as a client as well. How can I do this?
