[torqueusers] Node Configuration

I'm using the FIFO scheduler on a grid of ~12 dual-cpu machines.  The jobs that
I am submitting are not multithreaded, so how would I configure TORQUE to only
submit one job to each processor on a system?  I tried a couple different
things, but each time I submit 3 jobs to the queue, all 3 of them go to the
first node in my grid.

Also, a sortof related question, what effect, if any, does the np=X node
attribute have on scheduling?
