So it's file watcher that's trying to open nonexistent Active Reasoning
/opt/ARProbe/* files.
That's not a PBS problem at all.

The truss was on filewatchar, the AR probe process, not pbs_mom
filewatchar's truss reflects files opened by the MPE paths it was told to
monitor, whiuch is why is shows all those mpe file stats.

Anyone know what is causing pbs_mom to do this? These files do not exist
on our system. What are they?
