So it may be possible to use the mpiexec from  above instead of
having to shoehorn Intel's mpdboot/mpiexec/mpdallexit into a PBS script.
I got the mpiexec release .80 and found an earlier patch
that is in the .80 release. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe I
should be able to use this release with Torque and my installed Intel
My environment is running torque-1.2.0p2
Intel Fortran/C compilers
Intel Cluster toolkit 1.0 which installed:
Intel(R) MPI Library for Linux* version 1.0p-28
