[torqueusers] [Fwd: error make - torque-1.2.0p6]

Which version of torque?  How long has it been since you ran
./configure?  Could libelf have been removed since you can ./configure?

Does rerunning ./configure fix it?  The configure script shouldn't add
libelf to $LIBS if it is not available (and it's not needed on Linux
anyways.)
