[torqueusers] need testers for TM interface

It's up to you.  That patch lets you do whatever you want, even if it is
a decidedly non-overcommited:
  $ pbsdsh -n 1 cmd_for_cpu0 &
  $ pbsdsh -n 1 cmd_for_cpu1 &
  $ pbsdsh -n 2 cmd_for_cpu0 &
  $ pbsdsh -n 2 cmd_for_cpu1 &
