[torqueusers] Torque 1.2.0p4 on Mac OS X Tiger Server 10.4.2

Hi Eric,

I saw the same when I installed Torque on our Linux cluster. The only 
way I managed to solve it was to switch to the Maui scheduler, instead 
of the pbs_scheduler. You can download Maui from the WEB and the 
installation is pretty easy.
