[torqueusers] Initial HELP

Hi,

Did you install with options like --with-server, --with-scheduler, 
--with-mom etc? Is there a spool directory individual to each system 
(either local partition or ram fs)? What does qmgr (with relevant path, 
of course) in the server give?
