[torqueusers] MOMs on subnets

I have installed torque-1.2.0p5 on a Solaris 8 server managing a FC3
Linux cluster and a set of FC3 desktop PCs. The cluster nodes are on a
Gigabit network (subnet 192.168.2) and the desktops are on 100 Mbit
(subnet 192.168.1). The server host has two network interfaces and acts
as the router between the 2 subnets.

All the nodes show up in "pbsnodes -a". The nodes on the Gbit are in
state "free", but the 100 Mbit nodes stay in "state-unknown,down". The
MOM logs on the desktop nodes show messages like:

07/13/2005 09:08:59;0002; pbs_mom;n/a;is_update_stat;hello sent to
server
07/13/2005 09:08:59;0002; pbs_mom;n/a;is_update_stat;hello sent to
server
07/13/2005 09:09:09;0001; pbs_mom;Svr;pbs_mom;im_eof, Premature end of
message from addr 192.168.2.10:15001

The IP address 192.168.2.10 is the Gbit interface on the PBS server.

The only unusual entries in the server logs are like:

07/13/2005 09:19:53;0001;PBS_Server;Svr;PBS_Server;is_request, bad
attempt to connect from 192.168.2.10:1011 (address not trusted)
0

Is there something that has to be set in the config to allow the PBS
server to contact the MOMs on another subnet?

And, does anyone know what the "address not trusted" messages mean?

Thanks,
Marc.
