[torqueusers] cannot connect to server

Jeff,

The PBS server name should be defined in the /usr/spool/PBS/server_name
file.  (This is the location of the PBS directory by default.  Yours may
differ from this) Also, make sure the name is resolvable via
the /etc/hosts file.  Give that a try.
