[torqueusers] Altix

Dear all,

I am a newbie to torque, openPBS, and Altix (64 cpus). I would like to
set two queues (interactive & batch) for our users so that jobs will
not compete against each other resources, is it doable with Torque to
use define queues in terms of cpus? (cpusets), does any one have
example of queue configurations or useful URLs that describe how  to
set it up
