[torqueusers] confused by mpiexec/mpirun with PBS

Looks like you still need to give mpiexec the $PBS_NODEFILE (see 'mpiexec
--help' to get the correct option for the machine file) so it knows which
nodes to use.

There was a comment earlier about mpiexec automatically using $PBS_NODEFILE,
but that was a *different* mpiexec.
