[torqueusers] Torque 1.1.0p6 failing with "Command not found"

My guess is that something (qsub, pbs_server, etc) tried to write the script 
you submitted out to a file and the write(2)'s failed, but the return values 
aren't being checked and it silently created a zero length file.

Worth submitting a bug into bugzilla about it I'd say!
