[torqueusers] torque + scp : still fighting

Looking at your ssh log, the following looks suspicious:

> scp /var/local/torque/spool/49.ha.OU alleon at hal:/home/alleon\par\b0\par

the \'s in the path might be causing your problem. If you look futher down
the ssh log you see a lot of \par's that are confusing sshd. Why do you
have \'s in your path?
