[torqueusers] torque on exec nodes

Hi,
Trying to build a minimum set of commands for installing Torque on exec 
nodes I used the following configure options:
--disable-clients --disable-server --enable-mom  --with-scp ...
It turned out to be unsufficient since pbs_iff was needed when starting 
a jobs ...

Can anyone help in giving the minimal configure options for an exec node ?
