[torqueusers] $usecp problem

My mom config looks like this,

$clienthost     172.16.21.254                      # note: TORQUE server
running pbs_server
$logevent       255
$restricted     172.16.21.254                      # note: TORQUE server
running pbs_server
$usecp *.mach5.roc:/Users/ /Users/

For some reason when my pbs job finishes my mom client still uses scp to
transfer Standard Out and Standard Error files back to the server
(mach5c.mach5.roc).
Should I use the PBS server IP address instead of *.mach5.roc?
