[torqueusers] Migrating from pbsPro

We are currently using pbsPro and one of the features we use to schedule 
jobs on particular nodes is use the server_priv/resourcedef file to 
define user defined resources like os name, cpu speed, etc.  We than use 
those resources in defining queues via resources_default to submit to 
particular nodes.  Is there equivalent functionality in torque?  What 
scheduler would be best suited?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
