[torqueusers] Torque on HPUX (any flavor)

Does 'pbs_iff -t <servername> 15001' work as root and non-root?  It
shouldn't print an error and should exit 0.  Remember that pbs_iff must
be setuid root.

$ pbs_iff -t localhost 15001
$ echo $?
0
