[torqueusers] Problem with -W depend

Hi!

One of our users just made a small mistake that generated big problems.

He wrote #PBS -W depend=afterok:93086 in the submitfile for the job that
got jobid 93086. The server (1.2.0p6) then tried for ever to do

12/05/2005 09:03:18;0008;PBS_Server;Job;93086.m192.hpc2n.umu.se;Job
deleted as result of dependency on job 93086.m192.hpc2n.umu.se
12/05/2005 09:03:18;0008;PBS_Server;Job;93086.m192.hpc2n.umu.se;Job
deleted as result of dependency on job 93086.m192.hpc2n.umu.se

I.e. looping wildly.
