[torqueusers] runnig or not running that is the problem

 Hi all,

My stabilized torque1.2.0-p5 program is not stabilized nomore. i can
run pbs_server and pbs_mom without error ( at least there are no error
messages sent ) but when i run qmgr or pbsnodes -a commands it just
show me this;

[root at bee00 torque]# qmgr
//this row is null 

any input that i enter is useless but just ctrl+c works..

what has done to my torque program and how can i fix it?????
