[torqueusers] varargs confusion in replace.c on Sun Solaris 9

I am running Torque on Sun Solaris 9 Sparc systems.  One of the hand
modifications I always have to make is to:

      src/mom_rcp/replace.c

The configure script and the #ifdefs for whether to use varargs.h versus
stdarg.h seems to guess wrong for this environment.  I'm not sure what the
correct fix is.  I get around this by the following define to replace.c:

      #define __TSOLARIS5
