I forgot to mention that it also tries to report a "better" value for
how much physical memory a node has available.
I looked through a lot of kernel code before deciding on that change.
Basically all memory that is reported as "Cached" can be used by a user
process, all of that (except perhaps for a very small percentage < 2)
can be dropped by the kernel.
