[torqueusers] C scheduler problem

Hi all,

I'm using torque with the C scheduler. When I submit several I/O
intensive jobs I notice that the C scheduler stops and I need to restart
it using the pbs_sched command.

Since this doesn't happens when I submit "regular" jobs I figured out
that this as something to do with the type of the other jobs (intensive
disk access).

Is this a known issue with this scheduler or can I adjust some
configuration so this doesn't happen?
