[torqueusers] Torque/Maui problem with which nodes are job-exclusive/free

Thanks for the info, I have also noticed that pbsnodes -a displays that 
it is free en running a job on it. I will adjust pbsnodes and our other 
programs so that it will display that an job is running on it.
