[torqueusers] Torque/Maui problem with which nodes are job-exclusive/free

Okay, I see your point. But I think PBS takes care of the node status.
And PBS knows your are using 1 out of 2 CPUs only. That's what I'am
guessing. PBS doesn't know anything about the Maui configuration.

So don't worry about it. ;-)
