[torqueusers] Torque/Maui problem with which nodes are job-exclusive/free

We have some tools that query the pbs_server just like pbsnodes -a and 
that check the state. I would expect a state filled in (eg: job-sharing, 
job-exclusive).  So you could see if a job is scheduled on this node ;-)
