[torqueusers] Torque/Maui problem with which nodes are job-exclusive/free

Oke,

  But that is the point i have configured torque/maui so that there is 
only one job per node. That is why i expect if there is an job scheduled 
on this node, pbsnodes -a will display that it is 'job-exclusive'.
