[torqueusers] Problem writing standard output & standard error

Hi,

after going from

torque-1.1.0p0

to

torque-1.1.0p4

torque can't write the standard output and the standard error, UNLESS I do a

"chmod o+x"

on my home directory.

Is this a feature, or am I doing something wrong here?
