[torqueusers] Queue naming rules ?

Hello fellow Torquies,

It's probably staring me in the face, but is there a document describing the 
rules for the naming of queues ?

I've just stumbled across the fact that you cannot have a number as the first 
character of a queue name - is there a reason for that ?
