[torqueusers] epilogue doubt!

    I am using torque p3 in my cluster and I'm facing the foolowing trouble:
sometimes a job goes to the queue and starts running, and immediatly 
goes back to queued state with the same jobid, but the epilogue script 
is executed.
    Is this a normal situation? I think that it ought to run only after 
a job finish! Isn't it?
