I have created a debian package for torque 4.1.0 and encountered a problem when
i installed the debian package. When trqauthd daemon is started the debian
package installer hangs. I have to add --background option for trqauthd.  This
option is not necessary for the other daemons:

start_trqauth() {
 start-stop-daemon --start --quiet --background --exec TORQUE_DIR/trqauthd --
$PBS_TRQAUTH_OPTS
 echo " pbs trqauth"
}
