[torquedev] Torque SVN server down ?

For a week now (since last Monday at least) the Torque SVN
server has seemed to be down.  When I try and update my local
git clone I get:

samuel at eris:~/Downloads/Torque$ git svn rebase
Connection timed out: Can't connect to host
'svn.clusterresources.com': Connection timed out at
/usr/lib/git-core/git-svn line 2322
