[torquedev] [Bug 159] features not supported with procs

Not sure if this will make it on the bug or not (I don't think I have a
bugzilla account).

We've worked around the procs= and feature issue by using the
"features=" syntax.  In this case, what about something like this:

"-l procs=1,features=e5430"

I realize its a workaround, and doesn't let you request some resources
from each pool (but you're not doing that anyway).  Maybe it'll help.
